YAAAALLLLL 😮‍💨 add this sprint work into your routine for some quick & effective speed work🤝 I started with a 2 minute jog to get the HR up after my lift FIRST 5 sprints 0.5 incline 10 speed SECOND 5 SPRINTS 0.5 incline 14 speed If you have different treads that go higher… PUSH YOURSELF!!!! My gym only goes up to 14 but when I’m using equipment that I can push my limits… I DO😤🔥 YOU GOT THIS!
