"Your girl is gonna be OK, y'all."
Lil Nas X has spoken out for the first time since his arrest in Los Angeles.
The rapper, known for his country-rap hit Old Town Road, was arrested last week after allegedly assaulting police officers after they found him walking the streets naked.
He was taken to hospital for treatment for a possible overdose.
The performer, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, is facing three felony counts of battery with injury to a police officer and one felony count of resisting arrest.
On Monday, he pleaded not guilty and was later released after paying a $75,000 (£56,000) bail.
If convicted, he could face up to five years in prison, according to the Los Angeles District Attorney.
