I’m excited to see her leaning into her lavender haze 💜 a feeling of being deeply in love with someone. If I had my own cafe, I’d be making this my drink of the month ASAP.
If you want to make it. Here’s the recipe!
♡ Ingredients:
-1 1/2 cups cane sugar
-1 1/2 cups water
-3 tbsp culinary grade lavender
-Purple food coloring (optional)
-1/2 cup heavy cream
-3 tbsp 2% milk
In a saucepan, combine cane sugar, water, and lavender — cook over medium heat and bring to a boil. Lower temperature and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool down, strain, and save in an air-tight container refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
To make the foam, combine 3-5 tbsp of lavender syrup (depending on desired sweetness) with heavy cream, milk, and food coloring (optional). Whisk using a milk frother, blender, or mixer until forming a fluffy foam. Serve over an iced matcha or coffee latte. Enjoy!
