📝 Korean Spicy Noodles Recipe — 2 servings
Ingredients
* 1 bag of GloryLand Buckwheat noodles (4 packets)
Sauce
* 3 tablespoons gochujang
* 2 teaspoons gochugaru
* 2 tablespoons Korean soy sauce
* 2 tablespoons sesame oil
* 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 1/2 tablespoons honey
* 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, crushed
Garnish
* 2 Cucumbers, thinly sliced
* 1 Soft boiled egg
* Toasted Sesame seeds
👩🏻🍳 Instructions
1. First mix together the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the Gloryland Buckwheat noodles for 4 minutes. Strain and rinse the noodles in ice cold water until cold. Then drain.
3. Add the sauce over the noodles and mix until evenly coated.
