Rain was on everyone’s mind as the Ontario Sportsman Series rolled into Flamboro Speedway-Authorized Page — one of the most anticipated stops on the calendar for our Rec & Ride 100. With showers in the forecast, there was real doubt whether the race would even go green. But the weather held off just long enough, and teams and fans were treated to a full night of racing at the tight and fast 1/3-mile oval. When the checkered flag flew, it was Connor James #33 out front once again. The win not only earned him another trophy — it also tied him with Steve Robblee for the most career victories in OSS history. James's performance was strong all night, holding off a determined Shawn McGlynn #9, who crossed the line second. Sean Mangin #47 put together a steady run to claim third and continue building momentum late in the season.
