This is one of my favorite summertime meals. Steak and veggies. All made on the griddle under 20 minutes.
Start with the steaks over medium/high heat. While that’s on, prep the veggies. I did asparagus tips, red onion and cherry tomatoes. But you can use whatever you have on hand.
Drop the veggies next to the steak and finish them with your favorite salad dressing. I used a balsamic vinaigrette. Italian works great too!
Pull the steaks, slice, and serve over the veggies. Quick, easy and delicious!
