I love grilling at night, especially on these beautiful summer nights.
Kept it simple for this one. Tritip, my steak seasoning and a garlic compound butter to finish. Took it to 125 internal on the indirect heat side and then seared for about 2 minutes on each side. Add the compound butter at the end, let it rest for 10 minutes and you get a perfect tritip every time.
