Kids wanted cheese quesadillas for dinner. Made them with chicken and bacon 😂 . I like to marinate the chicken in orange juice, lime juice, beer, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and my Taco seasoning. No measurements needed, just add enough to cover the chicken. And the longer it sits, the more flavorful it will be. I cooked these on the griddle in bacon fat.
