These smoked pub style burgers need to be on your summer menu. Super easy to make and packed full of flavor.
I used marianosmarket fresh Angus patties and seasoned them with kosher salt and corse ground black pepper. They hit the smoker at 225 degrees over a cast iron skillet with onions, bacon and bbq seasoning. I pulled them off when they hit 135 internal, rested for a few minutes and assembled the burgers.
