Who wants a taco? Everything made from scratch steak and corn tacos. These were SO GOOD! For the meat I like using outside skirt steak. It cooks super fast, it’s great for marinades and is packed full of beefy flavor. The corn was my standard recipe, and it paired so well with the grilled steak. Had to make some homemade tortillas as well. The masa and press are from masienda and the process is so easy.
