🐟 Crispy Flounder Cutlets for Fish Friday! I bet you couldn’t tell whether this was a crispy chicken cutlet or some crispy fried fish. Either way, throw this on your menu for tonight and you’ll absolutely love it! 🐟Flounder🐟 -1/2lb flounder filets -Flour, as needed -2 eggs -1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs -3 garlic cloves, grated -1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped -1 lemon, zested -Salt & Pepper -Olive Oil 🥒Tarter Sauce🥒 -1/4 cup Mayo -2 to 4 tbsp sweet relish -1/2 shallot, finely diced -Chopped Dill, to taste -Lemon juice, to taste -Salt & Pepper to taste In a bowl, add all the tarter sauce ingredients and mix until combined. This is an estimated recipe, as I typically add all the ingredients to taste. So once mixed, taste the tarter sauce and adjust the relish, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper to your liking.
