Grilling Series S2 Ep. 6: Lamb Kofta | don’t scroll because you need these lamb kofta on your summer grilling menu! Served with a homemade yogurt dill sauce, this is the easy weeknight recipe you’ve been looking for!
🐑 Lamb Kofta
1lb ground lamb
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp sumac
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp cinnamon
4 garlic cloves, grated
1.5 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
🌿 Yogurt Dill Sauce
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Salt, to taste
White wine vinegar, to taste
EVOO, to taste
Add the lamb to a bowl along with all the remaining ingredients. Mix until full combined, and set aside in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
Mix all the yogurt dill sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Taste, and adjust seasoning as needed then set aside.
