Grilling Series S2 Ep. 2: Grilled Steak Salad with a Basil Lemon Vinaigrette is the perfect dinner option when you want to sit outside on those gorgeous summer or spring nights! This is a quick an easy weeknight meal that will come together in 30 minutes, and requires little to no cleanup! 🥩 Steak Bone-in Ribeye (I got mine from snakeriverfarms) Salt & Pepper Beef tallow spray (I use southchicagopacking) 🥗 Salad Arugula 1/4 cup Toasted pine nuts 1/3 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes Shaved Parm 🌿 Dressing 1 tsp mustard 1 tsp honey 1 garlic clove, smashed 1/4 cup white wine vinegar 1/4 cup EVOO Handful of fresh basil Add all the dressing ingredients to a base of a blender, then blend until fully emulsified. Set aside. Take the steak out of the fridge 30-40 minutes before cooking. Then lightly spray with beef tallow spray and liberally season with salt and pepper.
