🐔 Meatballs
1lb ground chicken
1 egg
1/2 cup panko, plus more as needed
2 garlic cloves, grated
2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
3 scallions, finely chopped
Salt & Pepper
🍶 Sesame Sauce
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 1/2 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
2 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 1/2 tsp sesame oil
3 garlic cloves, grated
1 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp sriracha
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp cold water
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Rice & Broccoli to serve
Preheat your oven to 425°.
Mix all the meatball ingredients in a bowl, adding more panko breadcrumbs as needed. Then roll into 16 balls, then transfer to a baking sheet and bake at 425° for 10 minutes, just to firm up.
