🐔 Chicken
2 lbs chicken thighs
1 tbsp Calabrian chili paste
2 garlic cloves, grated
Drizzle of balsamic
Drizzle of EVOO
thespicehouse Chicken House Blend
Salt
🥗 Salad
Lettuce of choice
Sliced red onion
Sliced roasted red peppers
Sliced peperoncini
Cooked Lentils
Feta
thespicehouse Classic Italian Dressing Mix
Salt & Pepper
Red Wine Vinegar
EVOO
Add the chicken thighs to a large bowl, and season with the seasonings listed above. Mix until fully coated and let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes.
Transfer the thighs to a basket of an air fryer, and air fry at 400° for about 15 minutes.
Wash and dry your lettuce, then add it to a bowl with the red onion, roasted peppers, peperoncini, feta, and lentils. Season with salt, pepper, and the Italian dressing mix. Then drizzle red wine vinegar and EVOO. Toss until fully coated, taste, and adjust sea...
