🥗 What I eat when I don’t want to film content | just a simple, good salad. It’s healthy, it’s light, and it’s refreshing! 🐔 Chicken 2 lbs chicken thighs 1 tbsp Calabrian chili paste 2 garlic cloves, grated Drizzle of balsamic Drizzle of EVOO thespicehouse Chicken House Blend Salt 🥗 Salad Lettuce of choice Sliced red onion Sliced roasted red peppers Sliced peperoncini Cooked Lentils Feta thespicehouse Classic Italian Dressing Mix Salt & Pepper Red Wine Vinegar EVOO Add the chicken thighs to a large bowl, and season with the seasonings listed above. Mix until fully coated and let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes. Transfer the thighs to a basket of an air fryer, and air fry at 400° for about 15 minutes. Wash and dry your lettuce, then add it to a bowl with the red onion, roasted peppers, peperoncini, feta, and lentils. Season with salt, pepper, and the Italian dressing mix.
