Chipotle Chicken Burrito Bowl that won’t have you sitting on the 🚽 💩
🍯 Honey Chipotle Chicken
2 lbs chicken breast or thighs
Handful of fresh cilantro
3 TB honey
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
2 to 4 chipotles from a can of chipotles in adobo, finely chopped
2 TB adobo sauce
2 TB water
🫘 Black Beans
1 small yellow onion, finely diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (16oz) black beans
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
🌶️ Peppers and Onion
2 bell peppers
1 onion
Cumin
Paprika
Salt & Pepper
🥑 Whipped Avocado
2 Avocados
2 garlic cloves
1 serrano pepper
Juice of one lime
Handful of cilantro
Salt to taste
Blend all the honey chipotle sauce ingredients together. Then add the sauce and chicken to a Crockpot and cook on Low for 4 hours.
Sauté the onion in a pot. Then add the beans, garlic, cilantro, and spices. Cook on low for 20 minutes.
Add oil to a skillet along with the peppers...
