路 Salt & pepper to taste
路 4 T butter
路 陆 C flour or as needed
路 1 package (2 sheets) puff pastry, thawed
路 2 eggs, beaten
路 Pinch of flaky garlic salt
路 1 (12 oz.) package baby bella mushrooms, sliced
路 3 shallots, minced
路 2 T balsamic vinegar
