🌿 Fresh Basil Pesto 🌿 The best condiment that you can put on everything!
Multiply this recipe for every 2 cups of fresh basil
-2 cups basil
-1/2 cup parm
-1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
-1 large garlic clove
-3/4 cup EVOO
-Salt to taste
Add all the dry ingredients to a food processor with 1/4 of the oil.
Process on high while slowly adding in the remaining oil. Continue to blend until the pesto is emulsified.
Taste, and adjust salt as needed
