EP 20. Rice cooker bibimbap! If you don’t care about overcooked ingredients feel free to put the toppings in at whatever point. The timing below is what works for me in my Aroma 2 cups uncooked one push rice cookeR! For the beef I marinaded 3oz of sliced beef with 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp honey, and minced garlic. **As usual the water to rice ratio may differ depending on the kind of rice you use! Cooking times may also differ depending on your rice cooker model.** My rice cooker is a 2 cups uncooked / 4 cups cooked size. Ingredients 3/4 c rice 1 c water 3oz marinade thinly sliced beef (see above) 1 oz sliced mushrooms Thinly sliced carrots Thinly sliced zucchini Spinach Soy bean sprouts Toasted White Sesame Seeds Bibimbap sauce Egg 1. If you want an egg, you will need to fry it first IF you ONLY have a rice cooker 2. Combine rice and water. Let Cook. 3.
