As usual the water to rice ratio may differ depending on the kind of rice you use! Cooking times may also differ depending on your rice cooker model.
My rice cooker is a 2 cups uncooked / 4 cups cooked size.
Beef Marinate Ingredients
4 oz thinly sliced beef
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
Black pepper
Ingredients
3/4 cups medium grain rice
3/4 cups water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sake
1 tbsp mirin
1/4 small onion, thinly sliced
Frozen corn
Green onions
Chili oil
1. Marinate the beef with the beef marinate ingredients listed. Add as much or as little black pepper as you’d like. Set aside.
2. Wash the rice and add water, soy sauce, sake, mirin. Stir. Then add thinly sliced onions on top.
3. Place the lid on top and hit cook.
4. After 15 minutes, add the marinated beef, corn, and more black pepper!
5. Mix everything together when done and serve with butter, green onions, and chili oil if desired
