Green Tea Salmon Rice?! (Sake Ochazuke お茶漬け)
Maybe you’ve never thought to pour tea over rice and that’s completely normal, but this warming salmon-laced rice bowl is classic Japanese cold weather comfort food for a reason. It’s healthy, soul-southing and if nothing else, it knocks out two birds with one stone — eating and drinking all at the same dang time. Try this one out, it’s really good.🤘🏼 Adam
