It’s a super fun way to either start or cap a weekend in the woods, at the dells or on the lake. Snag some curds and a sixer of newglarusbrewing if you’re a real one. Trust. For my curds I coat first in potato starch, then into some egg wash then finally instant mashed potatoes. I find that breaded cheese curds are much easier to make than battered (and I like the texture more). Any instant mashed potato brand from the grocery store will do.
