Salmon 🍔 Smash Burgers!
Smash burgers made with beef are good and fine, but this?… This is special. At first, I joked about doing this but after giving it a chance quickly learned that the salmon smash burgy just might be the way of the future. 2-3 crispy bluehousesalmon patties paired with a zingy, bright and satisfyingly salty mustard-mayo mixture… and you got yourself a game winner. Ingredients
1.5 pounds salmon fillets, skinless
Kosher salt, to taste
4 Tbsp mayo
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp capers, chopped
1 Tbsp Dill, chopped
1 tsp lemon zest
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Sliced Tomato
Butter Lettuce
Sprouts
Red Onion, sliced
Feta
4 ciabatta rolls, halved

Technique
1. Cut salmon into large chunks and season with kosher salt. Pulse salmon in a food processor until finely chopped, or grind, or chop finely by hand.
