Fried Polish pork chops served on @Nongshim USA Kimchi Flavor Noodles is a delicious combination! The perfect mix of textures and flavors makes for one amazing dish. Chicago is home to one of the largest Polish populations outside of Poland. Polish and Korean cuisines have many similarities: deep-rooted pickling and fermentation culture, dumplings and pierogi, fermented cabbage and kimchi. It’s a no brainer to try and combine the two! Start by prepping the pork, breading it and frying until golden brown. Next, we prep the noodles. They are available at many Chicagoland retailers, I picked these up at my local Mariano’s store. Cook for 4 minutes in 2 cups of boiling water with the soup base and flakes. When the noodles are ready, plate them up, top with the fried pork chop and garnish with kimchi and sauerkraut. These turned out so good! Packed full of flavor and super easy to make. Grab some Nongshim noodles and give this recipe a try! #nongshimusa #chicago #polish #polishtiktok #gri...
