For the Wraps…
Salmon Wraps
Korean Radish, peeled and sheeted
Red Cabbage
Perilla Leaf
Kimchi
Korean Pickled Yellow Radish
Sprouts
1. Slice vegetables thin.
2. Slice salmon into appropriate sized portions for your wraps.
3. Wrap and crush!
For the Spicy Sauce…
3 Tbsp Gochujang
1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tspSoy Sauce
Sesame Seeds, to taste
1. Mix and enjoy!
