š„ Spicy Cucumber Salad
Ingredients:
* 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
* 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
* 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp sesame oil
* 1 tsp honey
* 1ā2 tsp garlic chili sauce (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and garlic chili sauce.
2. Add sliced cucumbers and diced red onion to the bowl.
3. Toss to coat evenly, then chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
4. Optional: Top with sesame seeds or chopped scallions before serving.
