This rich, creamy bisque starts with homemade lobster stock, a flavorful blend of veggies and seasonings, and finishes with tender lobster meat. So good, so cozy. Homemade Lobster Bisque Ingredients: * 2 lobster tails * 2 tbsp butter * 1 small onion, roughly chopped * 1 carrot, roughly chopped * 1 celery stalk, roughly chopped * 3 cloves garlic, smashed * 2 tbsp tomato paste * 2 tbsp all-purpose flour * ½ cup white wine * 4 cups water * ½ tsp salt * ½ tsp black pepper * 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning * ½ tsp paprika * 1 tbsp lemon juice * ½ cup heavy cream Instructions: 1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook lobster tails for 3-4 minutes until just opaque. Remove the meat, chop, and set aside. Reserve the shells. 2.
