2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
3 tbsp unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, smashed
1 cup chicken broth
crème fraîche
2 oz caviar (or more, to taste)
2 green onions, finely sliced, for garnish Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In an oven-safe pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
