One pan lemon chicken linguine š
This one pan, lemon chicken linguine is a spin off of one of my most viral recipes.
It starts by browning up chicken breast, adding butter and garlic, and setting aside.
Pour in chicken broth, and add linguine and salt to that same pan. Let simmer until almost cooked, stirring often. add heavy cream, and stir in parmesan cheese.
Add chopped spinach and the juice of half of a lemon.
Stir in your cooked chicken, serve, and enjoy.
Ingredients:
3/4 lb of pasta
1 chicken breast, pounded thin
Salt, pepper and garlic powder for seasoning chicken
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp butter
3 cloves of garlic
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup cream
Juice of 1/2 of lemon
1/2 cup Parmesan
3/4 cup chopped spinach
