These greek inspired rice bowls are simple to make and are perfect for lunch or dinner. They’re packed with bright and fresh ingredients and I love the depth of flavor in this dish. It’s packed with pan seared chicken, rice, vegetables, feta, and topped off with a tzatziki sauce.
