Ingredients:
For the rice:
* 1 cup white rice
* 2 cups water
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
For the chicken:
* 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
* Lemon pepper seasoning
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 1/2 cup chicken broth
