🚨 West Ham have agreed a fee with Southampton for Mateus Fernandes, talkSPORT understands. The Hammers will pay £38million plus £3m in add-ons for the 21-year-old midfielder. Fernandes is already in London and has been given permission to undergo a medical. A 15 per cent sell-on clause has also been included in the deal.
