Ingredients:
1 cup full fat cottage cheese
3 whole eggs
1tsp baking soda
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
Chocolate chips
Prep:
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a blender cup.
Blend until the consistency is smooth.
Add the mixture evenly into up to 4 oven safe dishes.
Add the dark chocolate chips on top of the cakes.
