This is what I did every morning as a d1 athlete before practice
Carbs are your BEST FRIEND as an athlete
They’re your main source of energy during a workout and you need way more of them than the average person
If you don’t have enough, you’ll be fatigued and start breaking down muscle to get you through a workout
Hydration is important too
