(2) Add 1 cup sugar (or maple syrup), 1 cup water, and 1 tsp pumpkin spice. Simmer for 10 mins while stirring, then strain the syrup. (3) Broil the strained pecans on a parchment-lined sheet for 4 mins to candy them. (4) In a glass, mix 1 tbsp pecan syrup with 2 shots espresso (or 1/2 cup brewed coffee). (5) Add 1 cup frothed oat milk (hot or cold). Top with a dash of pumpkin spice and candied pecans.
