Roma have reached an agreement in principle with Aston Villa for the loan signing of Leon Bailey. The loan fee will be around €3million and will include an option for the Italian side to sign the winger permanently for around €22m. The winger, who was not involved in Saturday’s 0-0 draw against Newcastle United, has trained away from the rest of the Villa first-team squad while his future was under discussion.
