I don’t practice what I preach… but take my advice anyways. Getting shots up with someone else is always better than going solo. I’ve been doing this series without a rebounder to show it’s possible to get better, even when you don’t have help. But when you do have someone in your corner, it’s not just more efficient. It’s more meaningful.
