Ingredients - 2/3 cup all-purpose flour - 1 tsp. ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp. kosher salt - 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar, divided - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted - 1/2 cup chopped walnuts - 2 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, divided - 1 tsp. vanilla extract - 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream - 8 cups (1-in.) day-old banana bread cubes - 3 medium bananas, sliced Directions 1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine flour, cinnamon, salt, and 1/3 cup of the brown sugar in a medium bowl. Add melted butter, and stir until evenly combined and pea-sized crumbs form. Stir in walnuts. 2.
