Stop the Sway! ❌
Not sure how to move your pelvis in the swing? You’re not alone — there’s a bit of confusion on this!

Here’s the truth:
✔️ A little sway is totally fine.
✔️ Even elite players often shift pressure into the trail side early in the backswing.
❌ But for the average golfer, excessive sway away from the target usually causes issues.

So what should you do? 👇
1️⃣ Early backswing: Allow a slight bump AWAY from the target. (This creates that pressure shift to the trail side.)
2️⃣ The rest of the swing: Start moving pressure back TOWARD the target — and keep it moving that way through impact.
Pro tip - most recreational players don’t start moving back TOWARD the target SOON ENOUGH ⏰
