BATCH-STYLE GIN HIBISCUS COCKTAIL
Makes approximately 17 drinks!
• 750 ml Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
• 1 cup Dried Hibiscus Flowers
• 5 Cups Water
• 1 (13½ oz) Can Unsweetened Coconut Cream
• Ginger Syrup*
METHOD: In a heatproof bowl or pot, pour 5 cups of boiling water over the dried hibiscus. Let steep for 15-20 minutes. Strain out the hibiscus flowers and allow the tea to cool fully. In a large jar or container with a lid, combine the cooled hibiscus tea with coconut cream. Shake vigorously until smooth and fully blended.
