For those of you who are new here…I recently posted a video of me throwing 87 mph, BUT to be honest, my arm is still sore from that day.
I am a retired MiLB Pitcher. drafted by the Minnesota Twins in 2011 after my fourth year of collegiate baseball at Biola. I have been retired since 2014, and & now I want to see if I can get my body healthy enough to throw 90 mph pain-free. I want to go on this journey to try to do my part to help combat the amount of injuries that are going on in the game today. I will be putting my own body on the line to show you guys just how much is required of a 90 mph thrower in order to put yourself in the best possible situation to stay healthy.
I’m going to be posting weekly updates here as well as a monthly longer form video as well. Feel free to follow along and send encouragement or talk trash along the way. Lol
Love you guys!
