Red Label: Don Arturo distills his Cenizo agaves in clay pots after fermenting in rock pits - a very rare technique.
Black Label: High in the mountains, Don Ruben roasts his Maximiliana agaves in an adobe oven and ferments in wooden vats before distilling in stainless steel. Classic style.
White Label: On the coast, Don Alberto cooks two agaves in an earthen pit before distilling with a technique using a hollow tree trunk. Old school!
