The kind that knocks you out emotionally and physically. And while therapy, support, and rest are essential, there comes a moment when stillness turns into stagnation 🫥I’ve seen this cycle play out over and over… and you probably have too. There’s a difference between honoring your emotions and getting stuck in them. Yes, you need space to grieve. To rest. To process. But eventually, something has to shift. And movement—whatever that looks like for you—is how you start to pull yourself out. Because acting like sh*t doesn’t always mean being mean to others.
