“How do I find the motivation to practice?” What I’ve noticed is that the people who stay consistent aren’t relying on motivation. They’re not more disciplined or superhuman🌱They just treat their practice like a necessity.
When something is a necessity, you don’t need to be motivated—you’ve already decided it matters. And when I’ve been the most consistent in my practice, it’s because I’ve done the same. That shift has changed everything. Everyone’s different, but here’s what’s actually helped me:
