We’re back again with another NEXT LEVEL HUMMUS recipe! Featuring our brand new tahini sauce and our besties flybyjing to help amp up the flavor 💥🌶
INGREDIENTS
butternut, acorn, kabocha squash (whatever you got)
salt
flybyjing mala spice mix (IYKYK)
eatlittlesesame smooth classic hummus
eatlittlesesame tahini sauce
flybyjing chili crisp (extra spicy if you can take the heat)
cilantro
toasted sesame seeds
olive oil
PREPARATION
Cube your summer squash, toss in olive oil and top with salt and flybyjing mala spice mix. Toss in oven at 400 for ~30 minutes.
Swoosh your eatlittlesesame smooth classic hummus on to a serving plate and top with your roasted squash, tahini sauce and chili crisp. Finish with fresh cilantro, sesame seeds and a drizzle of olive oil. *If you like a little sweet heat, add some honey!
Serve with our pita, because it’s the best!
