💡 Should you try red light therapy?
As a board-certified dermatologist, my take: yes—in the right situations. It can reduce inflammation, improve texture, boost collagen, and help with acne.
But… it’s not a miracle fix. Use an FDA-cleared device, follow the instructions, and don’t overdo it (too much can cause irritation).
