Now this is a late August tropics update that I can get behind! There’s only one disturbance in town…and it’s WAY out in the East Atlantic. Low, 30% probability of formation over the next 7 days from the National Hurricane Center. Something to watch? Sure. Something to worry about? No. Anything that attempts to form will be slow to organize, and it may never develop altogether. No imminent concern to land, but it’s worth watching in the Caribbean islands in 7-10 days.
