John Sampson, the man who helped guide a young boy to safety after he wandered onto the monorail tracks at
#Hersheypark, said he could feel the boy's relief when he got into his arms.
"The dad instincts kicked in," he said. "And then it was just trying to figure things out and how to get up there as fast as possible."
The child was reported missing around 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, after becoming separated from his parents, a spokesperson for the park said in a statement. He was quickly spotted by guests who helped guide the child off the tracks.
