Week One Under The Belt📈🥵↙️ 🗣️ this road to pain-free 90 mph is going to be no joke! Things are getting hectic on the College front. Home life is always insane to say the least! My body was making every excuse in the book to skip exercises and live the sedentary life that it’s been comfortable with for the past year. All of this to say that I was proud of the fact that I didn’t miss a day. There are some early signs of progress on the T mobility front. Also, my shoulder external rotation has been exhausted recently, which is a great sign. I am also greatly encouraged with the early signs of progress on the throwing mechanics side as well. for me, the main limiting factor is going to be time. Keep praying that God will provide me with the time necessary to stay on task without suffering in all the other responsibilities I have in life.
