2020: just Kayley. “i need to hire”
- hires areed_1998 to do a bit of everything
- hires mickeytwist to manage influencers
- team of 3!!
2021: “hmm this is going well.”
- hires brookedonohue_ to manage influencers
- we keep growing and chucking along
2022: “we should get serious”
- hires addietheoptimist as director of operations
- we have hiring processes! and job descriptions! lol
- hires kay.prash as talent manager
2023: “omg we need to hire again”
- promotes areed_1998 to data strategist
- hires mylifestylememoir and britt_harrisonn as talent coordinators
- “okay i’m done hiring forever”
- jk we need a head of billing
- poaches stephrlandaverde lol
- “ok now we’re done”
*3 weeks later… promotes 3 team members and hires 3 more…*
so yeah, we’ll be a team of 12 on Monday.
