Who else loves a good meat pie? Cooked this one a little differently and it turned out delicious. I used a chuck roast from @coloradocraftbeef , seasoned with my AP rub, seared, smoked AND finally braised. Total cook time was about 3 hours, so not bad at all. I used store bought pie dough to make the process easier. Just be sure to bake the bottom crust first so it doesn’t come out soggy. I cooked the filling/gravy in my new @madein cookware and it worked awesome.
